Hierbij is voornamelijk de vorm van het stuurhuis aangepakt: In navolging van de Elling E6 heeft nu ook het stuurhuis van de Elling E4 en de E3 een mooi gestileerde Radarbeugel gekregen die tevens de functie van de sprayhood overneemt. Hierdoor is niet alleen het uiterlijk van de boot verfraaid, maar is ook het stuurhuis binnen wat ruimer geworden. Tevens kon door het vervallen van het in het stuurhuis ge\u00efntegreerde klapmechanisme van de radarbeugel, het achterraam breder gemaakt worden waardoor het achterdek meer betrokken wordt bij de binnenruimte. De radarbeugel, die nu geheel buiten het stuurhuis op aan het stuurhuis ge\u00efntegreerde steunen is geplaatst is uiteraard nog steeds klap-baar, zodat de doorvaarthoogte geschikt is voor een binnen doorvaart naar de middellandse zee.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2492\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ellingyachting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/facelift-Elling-e4-300x200.png\" alt=\"facelift Elling e4\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ellingyachting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/facelift-Elling-e4-300x200.png 300w, https:\/\/www.ellingyachting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/facelift-Elling-e4.png 753w, https:\/\/www.ellingyachting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/facelift-Elling-e4-700x468.png 700w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>De laatste twee jaar is, in samenwerking met Vripack, gewerkt aan de nieuwe mal voor het stuurhuis. Onlangs is het eerste product uit de mal gekomen.<\/p>\n<p>De eerste nieuwe Elling E4 zal in mei 2025 verscheept worden naar Amerika waar het schip aan de eigenaar zal worden afgeleverd.
